There are many opportunities for your family to volunteer. Each family is required to work two (2) Concession stand shifts for your first player and one (1) additional shift for each additional player of HCBA. If individuals would like to “buy out” a concession stand shift they can do so with a $75 donation per shift. After registration a notification will be sent out to arrange for the payment.

The primary source for supporting the Havens Chapel Association programs are through proceeds raised by the concession stand.  Havens Chapel asks that all families take an active role in this association

Examples of additional volunteer positions include:  Havens Chapel Board Member, Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Practice assistants, Equipment Handout and Return, Uniform Handout and Return, Field prep-dragging and chalking field before games.
